Your Information Remains Private
ILumen collects anonymous financial data from thousands of companies across the country. No company-identifying information is collected - only the financial metrics of a company (revenue size, growth, margin, etc.) Benchmarking reports are presented as aggregate averages, representing industry trends, not individual company performance.

iLumen strives to maintain complete and accurate information, and prevent loss, fraud, identity theft and unauthorized access. Application users must enter a login name, password and client code, which are then authenticated against an internal database, and either granted or denied access to internal application space. No client data is stored or cached on a browser.

Encryption ensures that if the datawere intercepted during transmission, it would be unintelligible and unidentifiable. Physical, electronic and procedural practices employed meet or exceed federal standards regarding the protection of customer information.

Production equipment for this system is located at a secure managed hosting facility. Security practices include 24-hour monitoring of all servers and data stores, daily back-ups, network updates, security patches, intrusion detection and hardware failures.
